How does the video links extractor work?

We use three YouTube Data API endpoints: channels.list to get the channel info and uploads playlist ID, playlistItems.list to fetch video IDs, titles, and publish dates, and videos.list to get views, likes, comments, and duration for each video.

Can I download the extracted links?

Yes. You can download the full table as a CSV file, download just the video URLs as a TXT file, or copy all links to your clipboard with one click. You can also copy individual video links from the table.

What input formats are accepted?

You can paste a YouTube channel URL (youtube.com/@handle, youtube.com/channel/UC...), a bare @handle, or a channel ID. The tool will resolve it automatically.

Why does the extraction sometimes take a few seconds?

For large channels, we need to paginate through the uploads playlist (50 videos per page) and then batch-fetch statistics for each video. A 500-video extraction typically takes 10-20 seconds.

Can I sort extracted videos by views or date?

Yes. Click any column header in the results table to sort by publish date, views, likes, comments, title, or original order. Click the same column again to reverse the sort order.

Does this work for channels with more than 500 videos?

Yes. If a channel has more than 500 public videos, we extract the 500 most recent uploads. We also display the channel's total public video count so you know how many videos are available.

Can I extract video links from private or unlisted videos?

No. This tool only extracts public videos that are accessible through the YouTube Data API. Private and unlisted videos cannot be retrieved.
